Welcome to the website of SMILE-SMC - 'Strategic Management with Information Leveraged Excellence' for 'Small and Medium Contractors' (SMCs). This website was initially developed to assist the Construction Industry in Hong Kong, focusing primarily on SMCs at the outset. It was launched for general public /industry use on 1st March 2006. Over 100 Trial members had access to additional SMILE-SMC services until end Feb. 2008.
